The plan for this season was to accompany the KM Devy podcast with a regular article showing the latest 2021 Devy rankings at each position. Unfortunately, as Mike Tyson said “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.” As COVID-19 continues to play havoc with the 2020 College Football season rankings may change more than anyone ever imagined, or they may not change at all. Justin Herbert – QB, Oregon At 6’6, 234 pounds, Justin Herbert clearly passes the eye test for a quarterback prospect, and his tape undoubtedly matches his physical traits. With the combination of his cannon arm and flashes of three-level accuracy, Herbert is a lock to be a top 10 pick after throwing for 3,151 yards and 29 TDs in 2018.
